TxBlock-USB Head-Mounted Universal Temperature Transmitter
The TxBlock-USB is a versatile head-mounted transmitter designed to fit inside standard DIN connection heads (Form B). Accepting thermocouples, RTDs (Pt100, Pt1000), NTC thermistors, and millivolt inputs, it provides a linear 4-20 mA current loop output. It features an onboard micro-USB port that allows instant configuration and zero/span trimming without disconnecting the current loop.

- Universal programmable input: RTD Pt100, Pt1000, Thermocouples (J, K, T, N, R, S, B, E), NTC, 0-50 mV
- Loop-powered 4-20 mA or 20-4 mA 2-wire output with 12 to 35 Vdc supply
- Direct Micro-USB configuration port without requiring special communication interfaces
- Fine-tuning zero and span calibration directly in the field via SigNow software
- Compact 34 mm diameter x 18 mm height fits standard sensor connection heads
- Cold junction compensation for thermocouples and sensor burnout detection
